نامه علیرضا میرعسگری به آقای ریچارد آرمی
با سلام
مطلع شدم که شما و موسسه تحت مسئولیت شما تلاش داردکه با تهیه گزارشی به خارج شدن گروه تروریستی مجاهدین خلق ایران و شورای ملی مقاومت ایران کمک نماید.
باید توجه شما را به این مطلب جلب نمایم تا آنجا که به حرفه شما برمی گردد(وکالت) این یک امر طبیعی است که در این راستا تلاش نمایید ولیکن بهتر است که در این مسیر به گفته ها و مطالب مخالفین و شکنجه شدگان توسط این گروه نیز گوش فرادهید .
اینجانب علیرضا میرعسگری بیش از یک دهه به طورحرفه ایی با سازمان مجاهدین خلق در عراق همکاری داشته و در درون این گروه به عنوان معاون بخش د رقسمت های مختلف این سازمان فعالیت داشتم . خانواده من از سال 1976 هوادار سازمان مجاهدین بودند و دو تن از عموهای من نیزتوسط حکومت جمهوری اسلامی در سال 1981 اعدام شدند .
من از سن 17 سالگی در راستای مبارزه باحکومت جمهوری اسلامی بطورحرفه ایی به سازمان مجاهدین پیوستم زیرا فکر میکردم که این گروه یک سازمان دمکراتیک است که میتواند جایگزین خوبی برای حاکمان فعلی ایران باشد .
در سال 1994 من به همراه حدود 600 نفر از اعضای سازمان مجاهدین که با سیاست های سازمان مجاهدین مخالف بودیم به دستور شخص مریم و مسعود رجوی در درون زندانهای سازمان مجاهدین مورد شکنجه و آزار و اذیت قرار گرفتیم .
آقای آرمی در سال 1994 زندانبانان رجوی پیکر شکنجه شده شخصی به نام پرویز احمدی را به سلول ما انداختن که در جلوی چشم ما جان داد و بعدها سازمان مجاهدین در نشریه شماره 380 خود از این فرد به عنوان شهید نام برد.
دردرون سازمان مجاهدین تفدیش عقاید به نحو شدید توسط آنچه انقلاب مریم ( تئوری مریم رجوی برای کنترل نیرو و تفدیش عقاید ) نامیده میشود اجرا میگردد و اعضای ناراضی که تن به این گونه جلسات نمیدهند مورد اذیت و آزار قرار میگیرند.
من خود از سال 2001 به دلیل مخالفت با سازمان مجاهدین خلق ایران مجددا به مدت تقریبا 2 سال در زندان انفرادی سازمان مجاهدین محبوس بودم و هم اکنون نیزاز آثار شکنجه های روحی و جسمی که توسط سازمان مجاهدین بر من اعمال شده رنج میبرم.
آقای آرمی مدارک و مستندات زیادی وجود دارد که سازمان مجاهدین والقاب دیگر آن ( ارتش آزادی بخش یا شورای ملی مقاومت و..) یک فرقه تروریستی هستند و جای تعجب دارد که شما اعلام کردید که : "در نتيجه تحقيقات گسترده و عميق ،اكنون ما براين اعتقاد هستيم كه دلايل مستحكمي وجود دارد كه نام سازمان مجاهدين خلق ايران و شوراي ملي مقاومت ايران بايد از ليست سازمانهاي تروريستي وزارت خارجه آمريكا خارج شوند."( به نقل از سایت همبستگی ملی از گزارش شما )
بد نیست که بدانید که سازمان مجاهدین خلق ایران با توجه به همکاری نظامی و اطلاعاتی با صدام حسین دیکتاتور سابق عراق در زمان جنگ ایران و عراق به شدت نزد مردم ایران منفور می باشند.
درپایان توجه شما را به این نکته جلب میکنم که سعی کنید در کنار مردم ایران و نه در مقابل آنان باشیدو سعی کنید در تاریخ ایران زمین از شما به نیکی یاد کنند .

A letter from Mr. Mirasgari to Mr. Richard Armey, "DLP Piper" and "Freedom works"
Dear Mr. Armey,
I have been informed that you and your establishment are engaged in producing a report in a bid to take the Mojahedin Khalq Organisation (MKO, MEK) and its alias name National Council of Resistance of Iran, off the list of terrorist organisations.
I would like to draw your attention to a point. As far as your profession in a law firm is concerned it is perfectly normal that you would try your best to achieve the goals of your client. But in pursuing this goal, you can also listen to the claims made and evidence produced by your client's critics and in particular those who have directly experienced torture and maltreatment at the hands of this organisation.
I, Alireza Mirasghari spent over a decade of my life in Iraq as a member of Mojahedin Khalq Organisation and Deputy Executive member of the National Liberation Army. My family had been supporting MKO from 1976, well before the start of the Iranian revolution and two of my uncles were executed by the Islamic Republic of Iran in 1981.
I started my full time political activities with Mojahedin Khalq organisation from the age of 17, when I thought Mojahedin Khalq was a democratic organisation which would be a good replacement for the present rulers of Iran.
In 1994, I and another 600 members of Mojahedin Khalq Organisation started criticising the policies of Mojahedin. We were sent to the prisons of Mojahedin Khalq Organisation, we were put under extreme pressure, including physical and mental torture.
Dear Mr. Armey,
In 1994, the prison guards of the Rajavi cult (MKO) threw the body of Mr. Parviz Ahmadi into our cell. He died in front of our eyes. And later the Mojahedin published his name in their Mojahed publication number 380 as a martyr!
Personal beliefs are rigorously scrutinised inside the organisation under the so-called Maryam Revolution. This is Maryam Rajavi's theory for controlling personal thoughts and countering personal beliefs. Disaffected members who do not submit to these techniques are subjected to systematic maltreatment.
In 2001, I was sent to solitary confinement for two years because of criticising the policies of Mojahedin. I still suffer the aftermath of the physical and mental tortures I received during these years.
Mr. Armey,
The evidence and documents showing Mojahedin Khalq Organisation (aka: National Council of Resistance of Iran, National Liberation Army …etc) is a terrorist organisation are overwhelming. I am really surprised that you could announce: "… as a result of extensive in depth research we believe that there are strong reasons the name of Mojahedin Khalq Organisation of Iran and National Council of Resistance of Iran should be removed from the list of terrorist organisation by the State Department…" (Hambastegi Meli, the official Mojahedin web site). You should know that the Mojahedin Khalq Organisation, which cooperated with the ex regime of Saddam Hussein in Iraq in every aspect of military and intelligence fields against Iran during the Iran Iraq war, is most hated by expatriate Iranians and the people inside Iran.
In the end, I would like to draw you attention to the fact that you can side with the people of Iran rather than standing with their enemies and the history of Iran would certainly remember you with a good name.
