نامه انجمن ایران سبز به آقای جلال طالبانی رئیس جمهور عراق

آقای جلال طالبانی رئیس جمهور عراق لازم است به استحضار برسانیم که بعد از گذشت چهار سال از خلع سلاح فرقه رجوی در کشور شما هنوز حدود 3000 نفر از اعضای سازمان مجاهدین که در کمپ موسوم به اشرف در نزدیکی شهر خالص (استان دیالی) مستقر می باشند، جزء بدنه سازمان مجاهدین بوده و اغلب آنان تحت شکنجه و آزار جسمی و روحی توسط مسئولین سازمان مجاهدین قرار گرفته اند و به دلیل مناسبات فرقه ای حاکم در درون سازمان مجاهدین از هر گونه ارتباط گیری با جامعه و حتی اعضاء خانواده خود محروم هستند. همانطور که خود شما حتی در زمان حکومت صدام حسین تاکید می فرمودید باید حساب آنان را با مسئولین سازمان مجاهدین جدا دانست. شما مستحضر هستید که از حدود 800 نفری که توانسته اند خود را از فرقه مخرب رجوی رها سازند هنوز حدود 200 نفر که رسما تروریسم و خشونت را نفی کرده اند در اردوگاهی موسوم به تیف در مجاورت کمپ اشرف به سر می برند و آینده آنها مشخص نیست.
آقای رئیس جمهور، انجمن ایران سبز از اعضاء و مسئولین سابق سازمان مجاهدین تشکیل شده که در کشورهای اروپایی ساکن می باشند. یکی از اهداف انجمن ما کمک به دوستان گروگان و دربندمان در درون سازمان مجاهدین و نجات آنان برای بازگشت به یک زندگی نرمال و عاری از خشونت در کنار خانواده خود می باشد.
آقای رئیس جمهور، خانواده یکی از این گروگانها با تماس با نیروهای آمریکایی به همراه نیروهای بلغارستان مسئولیت حفاظت از نیروهای سازمان مجاهدین در عراق را به عهده دارند خواستار تماس و دیدار با عضو خانواده شده است (این خانواده دو دهه است که تلاش می کند با جگر گوشه خود تماس بر قرار کند) که متاسفانه نیروهای آمریکایی مستقر در اشرف در پاسخ به این درخواست، به آنان می گویند که برای دیدن این اسیر فرقه باید با دفاتر سازمان مجاهدین در اروپا تماس برقرار کرده و از آنان درخواست دیدار با عضو خانواده خود را بکنند ( این جوابیه که بصورت مکتوب و مهر شده توسط نیروهای آمریکایی مستقر در کمپ اشرف داده شده است، موجود می باشد). این خانواده در اعتراض به این جواب به سفارت آمریکا مراجعه میکنند که متاسفانه جواب مشخصی به آنها داده نمی شود. موارد مشابهی از خانواده های دیگر مستقر در کشورهای اروپایی و امریکای شمالی ملاحظه شده است. در صورتیکه شخصی را برای رسیدگی به این اعتراضات مسئول بفرمایید از ارائه مدارک و شواهد چهار سال گذشته و مرتبط کردن مسئولین با خانواده های داغدار دریغ نخواهیم ورزید.
آقای طالبانی، 4 سال بعد از سقوط دیکتاتور عراق و برقراری حکومت مردمی جای سئوال دارد که چرا این درخواست برحق توسط خانواده این اعضاء برای دیدن و تماس با عزیزانشان مورد توجه قرار نگرفته است. میدانید که در فردای تاریخ جای نیروهای متفقین به رهبری امریکا با جایگاه شما و دولت عراق متفاوت خواهد بود. میدانید که انتظارات مردم منطقه از دولت منتخب عراق با انتظاراتشان از نیروهای ارتش امریکا متفاوت است و میدانید که خانواده های داغدار این اسرای فرقه مجاهدین خلق قبل از نیروهای ارتش امریکا و جامعه بین المللی چشم امیدشان به برادران عراقیشان است.
آقای رئیس جمهور، خواهشمندیم که برای پایان دادن به این شرایط سخت که بر اساس تمام قوانین بین المللی محکوم می باشد، اقدامی عملی نمائید و شرایطی را در چهارچوب کنوانسیون چهارم ژنو (که نیروهای امریکایی خود را به آن موظف معرفی کرده اند) برای دیدار خانواده های اعضاء سازمان مجاهدین در مکانی خارج از کنترل مسئولین سازمان مجاهدین فراهم نمائید. چرا که بر اساس اخبار و مدارک موجود، حتی در موارد نادری که خانواده ها امکان تماس با عزیزان خود در کمپ اشرف پیدا کرده اند؛ این دیدار تحت کنترل شدید مسئولین سازمان مجاهدین بوده بطوریکه ترس و وحشت گروگانها از صحبت باز و رو در رو با خانواده هایشان در چهره ها و رفتارشان واضح و قابل تشخیص بوده است.

Iran-Sabz Association - Open Letter to the Iraqi President, Mr Jalal Talebani.
Dear Mr
Talebani,
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that after 4 years from the time of disarmament of the Rajavi cult in your country, around 3000 members of the Mojahedin Khalq Organisation (MKO) are still being kept in a camp near Khales, (Diyali Province) called ASHRAF. Many of these people, who are considered as the body of this cultish organisation, have themselves experienced the physical and mental torture imposed on the members by the leaders of the cult. Due to the cult practices, these people have been denied their basic human rights including the right to have contact with the outside world and/or their family members. As you yourself, even in the time of Saddam Hussein's rule, used to emphasise, "The account of the leaders of the Mojahedin Khalq should be separated from the ordinary members of the cult". We would also like to draw your attention to the fact that out of 800 people who have managed to escape the cult about 200 are still kept in the adjacent camp called TIPF. Although the disaffected members have clearly denounced violence and terrorism, their faiths still not clear.
Dear Mr President,
Sabz Association was established by some ex-members and ex-officials of the Mojahedin Khalq Organisation (Rajavi cult) who now reside in European countries. One of our aims is to help our friends who have been taken hostage by the Mojahedin Khalq Organisation (Rajavi Cult). Our aim is to help these people to integrate back into society and start a new normal life away from the cult and violence.
Dear Sir,
A family of one of these hostages has recently revealed that during his contact with the US army, who along side Bulgarian forces are protecting the existence of the Mojahedin terrorist group in Iraq (the family has been trying to contact their loved one for the past decade), unfortunately the US personnel in charge (in Ashraf camp) has asked the family to directly contact the Mojahedin safe houses in Europe and ask permission from them to visit their loved one. (The written document is available and can be produced upon request). The family have taken the matter to the American Embassy in their country of residence and have officially protested the suggestion of contacting a proscribed terrorist organisation in Europe. The American embassy has declined to answer any further questions upon receiving a copy of the document.
Similar situations have been reported by other families residing in European and North American countries. We would be grateful if you would nominate someone for further investigation into this matter, in which case we would be more than happy to put the officials in contact with the families and related documents.
Dear Mr President,
Four years after the fall of Saddam Hussein and the establishment of the democratically elected government of Iraq, it is questionable why the demand of these families to have access to their loved ones is being ignored. You are of course aware that history will judge the willing coalition led by United State of America in a completely different way than judging your good self and your elected Iraqi government. And you are of course aware that the expectation of the people in the region from you and your government is different from their expectation from the coalition forces. You are aware that the desperate families of these captives before having any hope of help from the American army are looking for help from their Iraqi brothers.
Dear Mr Talebani,
We urge you to intervene to end this harsh bizarre situation according to conditions set out by the Fourth Geneva Convention (under which the US claims to be holding the captured individuals) to guarantee the expected access of the families to their loved ones without the presence of the leaders of the Mojahedin cult, outside the perimeters of Camp ASHRAF, as even in the very exceptional occasions where there has been a brief meeting between the detainees and their families, the Mojahedin leader have been present and the individuals are visibly afraid of talking openly and privately with their families.
